my expectation before they extended it was basically to give them a name fireman that was comfortable and say something that welcome and challenging Noble have not only met that they have totally exceeded our family's expectations the teacher-to-student ratio has had and the things that my children have been able to do has really helped them to thrive it's different from a traditional Public School you really get a small community feel here at Noble Academy you really get to know all the teachers all dollars all the families since our numbers are on the lower side it definitely feels you get a community feel like a really spent a good sense of family here at Noble and we're all here for the same purpose we're all here for the the development of our children we want them to be leaders they want them to be successful we want them to be educated you know we have kids that come from all different backgrounds and needs and different levels of needs so as a school we try to make sure that we're dressed up all the different levels of all of our different students we have held your conferences on every quarter where they can come into the building or talk to us through on Zoom online if they can't make it in we try to have the most open communication we can from the top down so our admin try to stay in touch with our families via class dojo bro I'm PowerSchool emails on through our website we want our parents to be informed and participating in as much as they possibly can in our building we also encourage teachers to do home visits so when parents are come through feelings are comfortable having the teacher stopped by whether it's just to stop by to say hello to visit the kids and you know their home environment or to deliver homework if to a 6 to 8 or something like that we encourage that teachers when they bark provide breakfast and lunch to all students as well as take home when she was on days when school day ends early Leader in Me a program based on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People it's been adapted for schools like ours to provide students with leadership opportunities as well as character education students receive instruction daily from arly Ermey teacher as a special and so they're working on that social emotional development you might see Skyler leaders at lunch time directing the classes to clean up to line up you will see a scholar leaders when we have visitors come in the building on Bill gif pores the sports program is great I love to see their features that come out and support them and getting with the other parent that's really cool because in general it helps me to like relieve stress from school and stuff and we compete to get our winds and we're like a family of Brothers there we have a cissp program that use in order to work with our fifth through eighth graders so that gives an opportunity to be a part of their communities you community service and to build in our community and feel to give back we do a Saturday school my parents have to bring the child in India with us for about 3 hours will do a little bit of extra test prep stuff but on top of that will do a character education to make them a well-rounded person is there leaving us and moving on to better things in the future it gives me knowledge of the real world and also gives me an outlet to go to different places and see how different schools in Iraq to go camping every year like there's so many fun activities that you can do but you're also doing them for a reason you're learning how to be a good leader and how to leave the people around you but it's just a really good bonding experience and I think it really helps them feel a good connection to the school when I chose Noble Academy is because they offered a strong stem program and both of my children it's time we're interested in technology mathematics and Engineering Noble Academy has been a godsend to our family when I look at how phenomenal it is helped to shape the character and academics of my children I can't say more I like how they have did you hear that really involve themselves with their students so they don't seem like they're just numbers that actually care about what did they do well or not they care about how they behave in the classroom and they really try to enforce the rules across the board and when they have an issue helping students understand why they had the issue not simply punish them in the kitchen. The classroom the way that my children have been able to thrive here with friendship with relationships from teachers with even the two that have left and gone off the high school and now the one in college they still keep in touch it's the check one of them
